Foundation Supported Activities:

YWLN develops partnerships and provides resources and direct support services to our students and staff. Our work focuses on four priority areas: College Preparation, Math, Science and Technology, Leadership and Female Adolescent Development.  YWLN’s CollegeBound Initiative (CBI) program works with our girls beginning in grade 7 to build early college awareness and help attain college access. A full-time CBI Counselor was put in the school at the start of the 2008-2009 school year. We also support new program initiatives, summer programs, after school programs and special events like career days, leadership lectures and more. For principals and teachers, YWLF provides single-sex professional development, grants and leadership support.
